New Year, Better You

My resolution is to eat at least 2 plant heavy meals a day.

My resolution is to solidify my own personal definition of what it means to be healthy and live that way.

I am going to have at least one fresh green juice every day.

I like to keep my resolution simple and attainable; drink more water, keep up with my gym routine and strive to eat more greens.

My resolution is to get better at making my own smoothies.

I became a vegan about 3 months ago and went a little too crazy baking this Christmas!  I wanted to prove you could have delicious, old-family favorites "veganized"!!!!  Problem--I gained 6 lbs!  Nevermind that my thyroid is messed up too!  So---I NEED to restart my system and get this holiday weight off!  Please help with a free 3 day cleanse!!!

My new years resolution is to try new fitness routines instead of sticking to one! Also to keep a clean eating diet in hand too.

:)

Would love to try this out !!!

My resolution is to eat more homecooked, healthy meals and to be active every day - wether it be going to the gym, walking after dinner with my husband or cleaning the house.

My resolution is to wake up each day and read out loud a note I wrote to myself: "Work Harder. Drink More Water. Eat Better."

My resolution is to eat lots of fish, chicken, fruits, & veggies. I walk 5 miles per day so I must continue to do so.

I really hope to discover the lifestyle changes that will finally put an end to my skin problems. As a 23 year old, I have the skin of an older woman with hormonal imbalances. I have terribly dry skin all year round wih acne and wrinkles. It looks very dull and tired. This is really taking a toll on my self confidence. Though I follow a plant based diet, perhaps I need to make additional adjustments that suit my body's needs. This yeAr I would like to follow a sugar free diet, though my current diet does not contain much sugar. Doing a cleanse would be a wonderful way to remove the toxins and irritants that may be causing my hormonal problems and to get on th clean path!

After struggling with dependence on alcohol for the last decade, I decided to give it up about six weeks ago. I've always eaten pretty healthy foods and am about 90% vegetarian at this point. I feel better than ever now that I am free of my addiction, and my resolution for 2012 is to keep walking down this path. I want to keep exercising and would love to be 100% vegan by this time next year. It's all about a healthy balance for me, and I finally feel like I am living! A detox cleanse would be a great jumpstart to the new year, and a great incentive to keep doing the right thing for my body.
