I eat/drink a green smoothie every morning. It has 2 cups of spinach, celery, carrots, flax seeds, kelp, and 2 fruits (they vary depending on what is in season). I buy organic when I can but I'm not going to stress out about it if I can't. I make sure my fruits/veggies are washed. The smoothie isn't the only way I'm getting veggies/fruit in my diet so I think I'll be fine.
