I crave alot of carbs and foods that are gluten filled. Most of the time I can eat to my hearts content but a few months ago I noticed that after eating something that had gluten in it my sinuses flared up, my throat felt werid and my gut was not happy. I kept it in mind and ate less of those choices but didnt think much of it. Oh all people and places it was a few tweets from Santino Rice of Project Runway fame that made me more aware of gluten sensitivities and celiac disease which he has. It really opened my eyes. Along the way he has provided information and opinions that I can follow up on. Now I keep all of that in mind and I have found that limiting my gluten choices I do feel better. Thanks!
