We’re already halfway in to the Healthy Bitch Daily – Kaeng Raeng Get Healthy Challenge, and our 6 contestants have been hard at work on their goals!

Today we’re sharing a mid contest review of some of our favorite moments from each participant so far. Read on for some inspiration and your chance to get in on the fun too!

Laura, in Portland, OR gave us some awesome inspiration to sprinkle some lavender on a healthy fruit breakfast-delish!

This sounds like some awesome natural fuel to help her achieve her goal of running 21 miles in 21 days!

Polly in Baltimore, MD got the whole family involved in helping with her workouts. Check out the help she’s getting with her T25 workout from coach Melinda

And she stayed warm in the cold January weather with some hot, healthy vegan food to end her detox!

Claudia in Lake Forest, CA got off to a great start, losing a pound just one day into the challenge!

She kept her momentum going even through NFL Playoffs with progressive pushups and sit ups-that’s what we call dedication!

Tess in Brooklyn, NY was also battling cold temps and snow, but didn’t let that stop her from sharing her awesome workouts-check out this picture on a trampoline with weights!

She also managed to have us drooling when she shared her vegan sushi dinner one night.

Kaelyn in Gainseville, FL gave us some inspiration for a delicious smoothie and showed us her follow through on completing the Kaeng Raeng detox program!

She also made an awesome commitment to following through and achieving her resolutions by making them public-way to go!

Melody in Toledo, OH got hit with a polar vortex for the New Year but she did not let that slow her down! She kept her motivation going with snow on the ground, AND she’s getting her friends in on her healthy action meeting for gym dates! We love the buddy system!

Melody also rang in the New Year with a new exercise program!

About Kaeng Raeng

If you haven’t heard of it yet, Kim’s favorite cleanse is Kaeng Raeng: an all-natural, vegan, gluten-free, soy free meal replacement cleanse program. But this isn’t just a trendy juice fast; it includes raw food and only pronounceable ingredients – so you can detox without deprivation or interruption to your fabulous daily life. KR is sold in 3-day or 6-day programs.  Every program comes with all three delicious flavors: “joyful” strawberry, raspberry, pineapple; “daybreak” mango, peach, pineapple; and “into the blue” banana, blueberry.

Kaeng Raeng is also available on Prime

I’d say Tess has influenced me a lot to get into shape. She is so motivated to make a change and you can tell how passionate she is by the effort she makes on a daily basis. She seeks awesome work out classes and delicious NYC vegan restaurants. I’ve been switching my snacks to fruits and veggies all week!!!

We’ve been SO inspired by Tess! (That’s Bari in the trampoline photo above!) Getting to be a part of her #gethealthychallenge has inspired us to deliver ass-kicking, fun workouts every single time she comes to the studio, and our clients have loved following along and cheering her on, too!

Keep up the AMAZING work, Tess!

    xoxo Bari Studio

Tess is giving me the most inspiration. I am trying to incorporate more weight training into my works out and exercising on a trampoline sounds like fun. I’m also intrigued by the vegan sushi.

Loving Melody’s dedication to her exercise program! I know first-hand how hard it can be to get motivated when it’s frigid outside.

I would have to say Polly! She seems very strong-willed and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. I love the fact that she’s getting her whole family involved in her mission. A healthy family is a happy family. I’m definitely cheering her on (as well as all of the other contestants). Good luck girls and kick some butt!!

I love how Polly is working out at home. There are some days that it’s just too cold to get all dressed up and head to the gym in the morning, while it’s still dark. But it’s so easy to just roll out a mat and work out at home. No excuses!!!

As a mom of 2 young girls, I am inspired by Melody! Committing to not only taking care of our bodies but also being kinder on ourselves in our thinking is such an empowering thing to do. I have been thinking a lot about how what I do is an example for them. Keep up the great work not just for yourself but for a the little women’s in your life!

Melody is inspiring, heading out to the gym in the cold! She looks happy! And the buddy system is a good idea to get motivated to show up for a work out.

I identify and am inspired by Polly! My dog likes to be my “trainer” too! Ha! I like that she’s still going and not stopping!

I believe Tessa’s ability to work out through the detox is inspiration enough as I am doing boot camp now and its not easy work. Also I like that Kaelyn made her’s public that is awesome and how the fruit tasted better after the cleanse. The feeling of not feeling ravenous after doing low carb or trying to quit sugar and non-vegan stuff is better handled that way I feel. I appreciate vegan cleanses the wonders they do to my teeth and skin and truth is my body is more at home more itself. Great job ladies! Thanks for the inspiration!

I like Polly’s idea of getting the whole family involved. And vegan pho? Awesome cold weather dinner!
