1. My ultimate goal is to make exercising a regular habit for me. For this challenge I will be working out for at least one hour, 6 days a week. 2. I will lose 12 pounds. (Ultimately, I would like to lose 58 pounds, but that is not going to happen in this challenge.) 3. I will be able to look at myself in a positive light. 4. I will be a healthier role model for my daughter.

My ultimate goal is to kick off my healthiest year yet by adhering to a complete vegan diet for the entire challenge. I have never been vegan so this will not be easy! I also want to attend at least 4 cardio and toning classes at the Bari Studio in NYC. Consistency is key! Lastly, I want to encourage others to follow the Skinny Bitch lifestyle by spreading the word and leading by example.
