It’s Time to Try a Vegan Cleanse

Cleansing.

We’re now all too familiar with this growing trend in health and wellness where you adhere to a strict, short-term, plant-based or juice-only diet in hopes of flushing out toxins, regulating your digestion and dropping those last pesky five pounds.

You’ve probably seen everything from cheap laxative pills to $100/day juice fasts. Or maybe your friend just spent 10 days drinking a nasty mixture of lemons, cayenne pepper and maple syrup.

Appetizing?

Hell no.

Hear me out: there’s more to cleansing than that. If you haven’t heard of it yet, my product, (and Kim’s favorite cleanse) is called Kaeng Raeng. It’s an all-natural, vegan, gluten-free meal replacement cleanse program that includes raw food and only pronounceable ingredients – so you can detox without deprivation or interruption to your fabulous daily life.

Why Cleanse?

We live in a toxic world, bitches. Every day we consume millions of toxins, chemicals, additives and preservatives in the air, in our food and in the chemicals we put on our skin. Yes, our bodies have natural detoxification systems (our livers and kidneys) but we were never meant to consume the types and quantities of foods that are part of a conventional American diet (processed crap, high amounts of salt and sugar, alcohol, drugs, etc).  During the digestive process, your body can’t healthfully separate the good from the bad portions in toxic foods. Abstaining from those foods and flushing natural ingredients through the digestive system releases those toxins that have built up in your cells and organs over years – toxins that contribute to weight gain, fatigue, bloating, indigestion and poor mood.

You don’t need a magic pill, dollface.

Simply adhering to a plant-based diet and consuming only 100-percent natural ingredients will cleanse your body. For the very few, that’s already how they eat. But for the rest of us non-perfect souls, sometimes we just need a kick start. By putting only natural foods into your system, your digestive system has a chance to “reset” and use less energy.  This gives your body more energy and stability to help enhance sleep, alertness, functional energy and provide strength for your immune system – which improves hair, skin and overall health quality.

What Kind of Cleanse is Best for You?

Here are the core principles you should look for in a cleanse. And of course, cruelty-free is a given!

All-Natural: This should go without saying, but if you want to return your body to its organic state, you can’t use anything artificial, so stick with ingredients you can pronounce.

Gluten-Free: Gluten can raise insulin levels, cause abdominal cramping and water weight gain and is usually associated with sugary, processed simple carbohydrates that contain the very toxins you’re trying to get rid of.

Stimulant/Laxative-Free:  A cleansing diet should not involve oil, salts or any other kind of laxative or diuretic. Forcing elimination through the body can result in dehydration and laxative dependency. Doing a cleanse with caffeine can increase your heart rate, make you feel anxious and cause insomnia.

Filling/Nutritional:  Whether you make your own cleanse or purchase a convenient ready made program that’s packed with nutrients, you want to avoid fasting and starvation diets that leave you hungry, faint and cranky. Don’t harm your metabolism, lose necessary lean body mass or turn into a raving bitch in order to cleanse. Pick a detox program that’s got plenty of protein and amino acids. Make sure it’s got lots of fiber, since fiber keeps you full and keeps blood sugar levels in tact (juice tends to create insulin spikes). Pick whole foods instead of juices, too, since whole fruits and vegetables contain skin and fiber (making them nutritionally complete).

Keep it Practical:  You don’t have to turn your life upside down to cleanse.  Don’t commit to a 30-day program or one that will cost you $100 each day if that doesn’t fit your lifestyle. You can successfully do healthy cleanses for less than $25 a day (all-inclusive) and you can start to feel better in as little as 3 days.

After completing a vegan cleanse, I guarantee that you will feel more mindful of the food choices that you make: more plants, less processed foods. You’ll start to notice fats and sugars in your food, not because of their calorie content, but because of how those foods make you feel after you’ve given your body a rest.

You’ll wake up with a strange sensation: energy. Your tastes buds will dance with excitement at the thought of steamed broccoli or a ripe peach. You’ll no longer crave salt; since you’ve abstained from processed foods through the duration of your detox, your body no longer believes these ingredients to be necessary. You may have lost a few pounds, reduced that belly bloat and inflammation, and even cleared up your skin and eyes, but more importantly you’ll genuinely feel better and motivated to maintain your healthier, happier lifestyle. Hell to the yes.

Win It

I think it’s always good to reset and start anew. I bought a cleanse with the supplements but haven’t been brave enough to try it. This would be great!

I would like to win this ! I have seen it advertised a lot, but every time I invest in something, it doesn’t taste good and it gets thrown out. I need to find a good/tasty cleanse to keep me motivated.

I have been under a lot of stress lately and eating unhealthy foods. I need to jump start myself into more healthy habits and a vegan cleanse would be the right thing to do to get me on a healthier path.

I am a stay-at-home mother, and this summer has been incredibly busy for my children and I – we did so many fun activities together this summer, from working in our garden, to going on hikes, to trips to the zoo, art projects, pool time, snuggling up and reading together on hot afternoons – we had a LOT of summer fun. The downside of all this summer fun has been a serious lack of “me-time” – I’ve managed to fit in workouts and we still eat a relatively healthy diet, but wow, I sure could use a little jump start and cleanse to usher in the new school year! I tried and sample pack of Kaeng Raeng a couple of years ago and loved it – I would love to be able to do a whole three-day cleanse!

  8. August 7, 2013 at 6:50 am #

I have never tried a cleanse and I would love to try yours! :) thank you for spreading the vegan love.

  9. August 7, 2013 at 6:50 am #

I’ve been vegan for 8 months and vegetarian for many years before that. I loved the change in my body and how I feel since doing that. I’m feeling a little logie the last few weeks and I think a vegan cleanse is exactly the kick in the ass this bitch needs!

  10. August 7, 2013 at 6:53 am #

I want to try a vegan cleanse because I’m ALWAYS bloated.

  11. August 7, 2013 at 7:14 am #

I feel like I could use it to reset habits, compulsive eating and binge eating. I think if I’m forced to follow a specific plan it will push me out of my comfort zone enough to continue with a healthier mindset towards eating.

Hello! I have wanted to try this cleanse so bad ! I am a student so I have a student budget at the moment so it would be awesome to win a chance to try this. The reason I really wanted to try this is because I have been on a journey to get down to my healthy weight and I have hit a bump in the road and platued. I would love for this to get me going again so I can finish my goal. I think this would be perfect.

  13. August 7, 2013 at 7:30 am #

This bitch is in desperate need of a cleanse! A somewhat new vegan (16 months) and still trying to find a balance. Getting rid of off this crap in my system would allow me to have a fresh perspective and a balanced life. Cleanse me up! :)

  14. August 7, 2013 at 7:31 am #

I have begun making major changes in my diet and lifestyle and would love to try a cleanse to get rid of the toxins I am probably still carrying around. It’s time for a fresh start!

Always wanted to try this what better way than free, tired of feelin lousy.

Winning this cleanse would be thrilling for me! I am a 45-year old, recently divorced, empty-nester, full-time student. I am enjoying having only myself to prepare meals for and have been a vegan since January. I would love to be more free of any toxins in my life that I possibly can! Thank you for offering this!

  19. August 7, 2013 at 8:16 am #

I’d love to try this! I’ve been dealing with Gastroenteritis (fancy BIG word for viral stomach flu) since last Friday and it’s not going away! Maybe this would help kick it out of my system. Thanks, ladies!

    Hi Healthy Bitches!

My sister was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer at the age of 14 and throughout her surgeries she has found eating vegan/raw is the only thing that aids with lack of energy, pain and insecurities! She and I are always looking for new healthy regimes and can better empower and egnite the energy we hold within. I would love to try Kaeng Raeng and to share the experience with her!

  21. August 7, 2013 at 8:21 am #

I’m a dirty bitch that needs some cleansing in my life, also a dirty bitch with low funds…Hook a bitch up, Kim!!!! PS – 3 of my girlfriends are vegetarian bitches now after I gave them all “Skinny Bitch.”

  22. August 7, 2013 at 8:44 am #

    Hi,

I would love to try this cleanse because I have never tried a cleanse before and this sounds like one that won’t starve me or cause other health problems. I exercise regularly and eat fairly healthy, however, I have a HUGE sweet tooth and am hoping this would help me cut out the sugar. Thanks for the opportunity!

  23. August 7, 2013 at 9:09 am #

This would be great… I’ve tried juice cleanse from juice places but this seems so much more intense and studied to get the correct cleanse done

  24. August 7, 2013 at 9:15 am #

I’ve been traveling and working throughout Europe for the past 11 months (poor me, I know) after graduating from college last June. The amount of fast, cheap, and sometimes indecipherable food that I’ve had to eat out of sheer necessity due to my strained budget or the lack of available fresh produce has been outrageous. Upon my arrival back in the states next month, I already have numerous doctors appointments scheduled so I can be told that I, in fact, am still human and the amount of alien food I’ve consumed over the past year hasn’t taken more than a decade off of my young life. After returning to sunny California, I have plans to follow in my recent vegan-convert and yogi of a mother and follow a strict vegan diet, hoping to undue the damage endured (who knew that central Ireland in the dead of winter wouldn’t be a mecca for fresh oranges, cucumber, and watermelon?). Winning this cleanse would give me the jumpstart to this new lifestyle that after so many months of developing these troubling habits, I think I desperately need!

  25. August 7, 2013 at 9:22 am #

Cleanse+Vegan=Good Health/Cruelty-Free Lifestyle/True Consciousness for your mind and body! I am in!

  26. August 7, 2013 at 9:26 am #

I have never been able to complete a cleanse because it gets too complicated. I would love an opportunity to try this “no brainer” cleanse.

  27. August 7, 2013 at 9:39 am #

I did a cleanse recently that was “all natural” and included some nasty supplement (pill form) and awful powder to mix with water. I made it 20 days and I just couldn’t get either of the two cleansing agents down (not to mention my a&% hurt!). A healthful cleanse to clean a girl out and won’t make her gag (or her a&% hurt), would be simply amazing! Can you hook a bitch up?

  28. August 7, 2013 at 9:46 am #

I’ve never done a cleanse before! No juicing, no nothing. I’d love to try this out and kickstart my weight-loss plan the vegan way!

  29. August 7, 2013 at 10:20 am #

This cleanse would definitely boost the journey to free my inner skinny bitch!

  30. August 7, 2013 at 12:05 pm #

I have been hearing great review on this for a long time. I would love to win.

  31. August 7, 2013 at 1:46 pm #

Well, after years of hearing how bloody amazing this cleanse is and not being able to get it shipped overseas, I reckon winning this will be my only chance to elbow in on all the fun!

  32. August 7, 2013 at 1:55 pm #

Just want to be “clean” inside and out!!!! Thanks!

  33. August 7, 2013 at 2:43 pm #

I really, really want to try this cleanse. I’ve been eating plant based for 2 years, and gluten free for 3 months, and my weight won’t budge. Maybe this would be the just the right kick start. I’ve read so much about Kaeng Raeng, it sounds like a great product.

  34. August 7, 2013 at 4:09 pm #

I have got to kick some bad habits I have picked up over the summer and I think the only way to do it is to try a full cleanse. Would love to try this one to see how it improves my well being.

  35. August 7, 2013 at 4:39 pm #

Skinny Bitch was the push I needed to change my lifestyle for my health. Being a full-time student and holding two part-time jobs has been rewarding but incredibley stressful. It got to the point that my body started shutting down on me, and I lost all of my energy and even started falling into a depression. After being diagnosed with celiac disease two years ago, I made the tough transition and started feeling worlds better after changing my diet. I thought that was all I needed, until getting sick again and then being diagnosed with IBS a few months ago. My doctors gave me diet plans to follow and we kept trying different drugs to ease the symptoms. They got so bad only a trip to the ER could get my body a little more on track.
So, I finally took my health into my own hands, and started doing research online, purchasing books, reading studies, and trying to consult any professionals or individuals educated in health and nutrition. I have to say, the information presented from you all was the push I needed to make my decision to switch to a gluten free vegan diet. I have not gotten much support from my family and friends (they don’t understand my decision and believe I can’t survive without eating animal products) however I can’t ignore what my body had been telling me. I’ve been completely vegan for three weeks now and feel like a completely different person. I love being able to eat a full meal without pain and days of discomfort!
Although the switch has helped, I know I have lingering toxins in my system that I need to remove from my system so I can finally start fresh and symptom free! I would love to try this cleanse (I have yet to find one that suits my lifestyle and monetary limits) however I wanted to share my story more than anything else.
Here is living proof that choosing a natural, plant-based diet and lifestyle can completely change your life for the better! Thanks again ladies for all of the amazing knowledge you share with the world!
    Veg on!

  36. August 7, 2013 at 5:29 pm #

I need a cleanse in my life right now. I have been having extreme stomach problems for a month now, and doctors can’t figure out what’s wrong. I think a cleanse may be just what I need, to get me back healthy. Please, oh please, pick me! My stomach thanks you!!

  37. August 7, 2013 at 5:34 pm #

Because I am ready to REBOOT my metabolism!

  38. August 7, 2013 at 5:37 pm #

My vegan diet relies on a lot of junk and processed crap. I would love the chance to have a real cleanse to get me into the right mind-set to do good for my body.

  39. August 7, 2013 at 5:38 pm #

I’ve been on my butt for 4 weeks because of foot surgery. I hate not being able to move, and I’ve been eating whatever anyone else cooks for me. I’ll be back on my feet soon enough, and this cleanse sounds like the PERFECT jump-start to a new, moving, healthier, me! I’d love a free trial. Like, a lot!

  40. August 7, 2013 at 5:52 pm #

I would love to try this before really kicking my diet into gear and going completely vegan. I’ve been making small steps for years, but this would be a great turning point before changing my diet permanently!

  41. August 7, 2013 at 6:00 pm #

I have been vegan for four years on August 1st and I have learned so much! I recently have switched jobs, and with the change of jobs has put a damper on my clean eating. I have put on a total of 10 lbs in the last few months and am looking to get back into my healthy regimen. I have wanted a great jump start on my diet!

  42. August 7, 2013 at 6:02 pm #

I have been feeling lethargic and heavy (although I am not overweight). I am already vegan and gluten free, but my body needs a reset.

I use my Skinny Bitch books regularly and would like to try anything endorsed by your brand. Friends and family always look to me for nutritional advice and I recommend anything that works for me. So I would be a healthier, skinnier, happier bitch that could also be a marketing tool!

  43. August 7, 2013 at 6:03 pm #

I could so use this right now. I am 6 months post partum and struggling to bust a plateau and lose the last of the baby weight.

  44. August 7, 2013 at 6:10 pm #

Clear my mind please! Rid me of the exhaustion & relying on coffee to poop(TMI, I KNOW). Enough said, thanks.

  45. August 7, 2013 at 6:21 pm #

Would love to try this cleanse since I just had a baby 6 months ago!!

  46. August 7, 2013 at 6:53 pm #

I’ve been curious for sometime now about cleansing. As a follower of “Healthy Bitch Daily” on Facebook, I was excited to see this 3 day beginner cleanse. I’d love to be chosen :)

  47. August 7, 2013 at 7:02 pm #

I’m getting married in April. I need something to jumpstart/reset my metabolism so I can look my best on that day and begin some new healthy habits for life!

  48. August 7, 2013 at 7:24 pm #

I would love to start over on my journey to a mostly vegan life style I was doing good for a while but have been consuming a lot of dairy lately

  49. August 7, 2013 at 7:28 pm #

Why do I want to start s cleanse? Well, I will be turning forty soon and i have noticed a huge disfirrence in my body. Im also always irratable, bloated and tired. Im always doing research on juice detoxes or detox spas but cant afford those type of things. Being a mom to two very active young boys i tend to eat poorly. I never feel good and i want to give my system a rehaul, a restart. I want to get motivate to do make changes in my diet and lifestyle but im afraid i will just fail like I do at everyrhing. Ive even looked into this cleanse but couldnt afford it yet. My family comes first all the time and for once i would like to take care of myself first and do something to make me feel good. Nobody likes a sad mommy. Especislly on tutning forty. :)

    Thanks for the chanse

  50. August 7, 2013 at 7:49 pm #

I’ve battled with IBS and other stomach/digestive problems for my entire life. This past week has been a typical hell on earth as far as digestion goes – I hate having to resort to laxatives to help this horrible discomfort. I also have a stomach ulcer, which hinders the problem even more. I’ve been told to try veganism to completely combat my digestive issues, but I’ve had trouble starting. This cleanse will hopefully let me take that ultimate plunge and restore my body, inside and out. Feeling sluggish all day or dealing with excruciating abdominal pain is not what a twentysomething should be dealing with. I know I’d feel so honored and rejuvenated on this cleanse!

  51. August 7, 2013 at 8:11 pm #

I have an 8 month old and almost 4 year old and over the last few years (since my first daughter was born), have really worked on improving my health and well being. I recently am on my second stint of completely cutting out sugar of any sort and my scale is NOT budging and it is getting frustrating. I am not cutting the sugar for the weight loss of it, but more for the poison that sugar is, however I thought I would see some sort of weight loss, but nothing! I’ve been wanting to do some sort of cleanse recently so this would be perfect timing!
    Thanks!

  52. August 7, 2013 at 8:52 pm #

I am in need of a cleanse. I work 2nd shift at a shelter and attend school during the day and as of lately I have been feeling very weighed down. There also has been several emotional stressors in my life as well. I have looked into this cleanse before and it looks awesome! I debated about trying it but unfortunately I can’t afford it being I work for a small non-profit. I have struggled with weight and have been working on losing it and I am finally starting to feel slightly lighter but I know my body is still holding onto lots of bad stuff that just needs to go! I am a stress eater and I have not made the best choices all my life but everyday is one step to improvement. I feel like a cleanse would help with me with achieving my goal of healthy clean living. Thank you for your time and consideration.

  53. August 7, 2013 at 9:44 pm #

I’ve heard good things about this brand & would like to give it a try.

  54. August 7, 2013 at 10:13 pm #

I want to cleanse because I haven’t been eating the best lately

  55. August 7, 2013 at 11:04 pm #

I desperately need a cleanse to get all of those toxins out that I have been ingesting (okay, okay, mainly alcohol.) I worry about other cleanses and this one seems healthy.

  56. August 8, 2013 at 5:39 am #

Felling like I’ve tried everything, I would love to try one that actually works – bring it!

  57. August 8, 2013 at 5:53 am #

I really need to clean out my body of toxins. I just had to bike to work for the past week because my car was in the shop and I found myself tired and sleepy. Granted, I don’t bike at all, so it was a shock to my system, but it was downhill all the way. I wasn’t really exerting myself. I just felt physically and mentally crappy. I’ve been wanting to try a Kaeng Raeng cleanse for awhile and this would give me the opportunity to try them out and take care of myself.

  58. August 8, 2013 at 7:12 am #

I would like to win this because I feel like shit all the time and I poop like once every 5 days… I know this will help kickstart me getting back into vegan lifestyle…I went vegan after reading your book and I only lasted 2 months because of my crappy willpower… But those 2 months I felt amazing! Tons of energy, and I pooped everyday!

  59. August 8, 2013 at 9:24 am #

I would love to win this…I’ve been on a downward spiral of obsessing about how awful my habits are, what have I done to myself this last year, blah blah blah…All of that negative self-talk makes me feel angry and tired. I want to be empowered again. I want to feel what it is like to have some positive self esteem again.

I stopped eating almost all animal products 6 months ago.I quit smoking 10 weeks ago today (!!!) thanks in part to reading “Skinny Bitch”. These are my first few steps in my goal of making myself a priority, damn it! I have been fantasizing about how I would pay for this cleanse and winning this would really make me feel happy. Perhaps the Universe can hear me? I had hoped I could find a way to do something fucking awesome for myself like this cleanse….thank you for your consideration, and everything that has helped me empower myself….

  60. August 8, 2013 at 6:02 pm #

I’ve wanted to do a good cleanse for a while, but I am supremely lazy when it comes to cooking/food prep. If this is as good as I’ve been hearing, I think I could handle it! As long as it doesn’t leave me starving, of course!

  61. August 8, 2013 at 8:26 pm #

I go to school full time and work part time with 0 days off a week, plus I’m planning my wedding which is at the end of September! Due to my crazy schedule I have been stressed out and just plain exhausted. I’ve actually looked into doing a cleanse but haven’t been able to try one because who can afford 160 for 3 days! Not me! It would be really awesome to try Kaeng Raeng and have my body feel the difference it makes!

  62. August 8, 2013 at 10:55 pm #

Most cleanses push taking pills, which has never made sense to me. I like that your cleanse incorporates healthy juice drinks. After many false starts at trying to lose weight, this program looks like the jump start I need to get back on track !

  63. August 9, 2013 at 7:17 am #

I’ve been Vegan for 2 1/2 years now and have been debating doing a cleanse for that whole time now. This definitely sounds intriguing.

  64. August 9, 2013 at 8:20 pm #

I believe in cleansing and the benefits to the body it has. I’ve never done a cleanse like this one before, and most before now have had negative effects on me. I would love to try this one since it sounds incredibly beneficial. Thank you for the giveaway!:)

  65. August 10, 2013 at 2:26 am #

I’ve been thinking about doing this cleanse for so long! I became a vegan about 2 years ago after reading Skinny Bitch! That book truly inspired me to be the healthiest and best version of myself possible. I am constantly working to improve my habits towards an even healthier lifestyle. I’ve never done a cleanse before and this one seems like the perfect kind to do the first time. I like that I could still eat solid food and that it seems like I wouldn’t feel deprived during the 3 days. I’ve been traveling a lot this summer so I’ve had to eat things that I normally wouldn’t (still avoided animal products but had to eat some processed foods and refined sugar that hides in almost every food!). I feel that i need a cleanse to get all these toxins out of my body. Thank you for all your inspiration! You’ve been really helpful in my transformation to a healthier me.

  66. August 10, 2013 at 8:35 am #

I love the idea of doing a cleanse but as a student my budget is pretty tight–I would love to get the chance to take my energy to a whole new level and feel great while working full time this summer!

  67. August 11, 2013 at 11:58 am #

I suffer from migraines and am always looking for new alternatives to my migraine that my help to reduce them.

  68. August 11, 2013 at 8:45 pm #

I really wanna do healthy! And if I like it I’m sure to keep buying the products and share info with friends!!!!

  69. August 12, 2013 at 5:32 am #

I am a first year teacher and would love to give my immune system a boost as I begin a new career. I have raised my kids and am starting new. i just started my husband and I one whole foods nothing processed, and this would be a great way to cleanse at the beginning of our new eating habit changes.

  70. August 12, 2013 at 8:58 am #

I am a recently converted self=professed “carnivore,” who has been vegan for about two months now. I am absolutely loving it, but am feeling rather bloated and lethargic lately. Winning this cleanse would be the kick I need to motivate me to continue my whole food, plant-based journey to wellness!

I have been vegan for nearly two years, lost 80 lbs, and have noticed the difference it’s made for my mind and body. I would love to give the cleanse a try because I’m graduating from college soon, have two young kids, am single for the first time in 8 years, and just moved to a new city…having my new life jump started the right way would be great!

I did a different Vegan Cleanse but I fell off track. It seems its been really hard to get back on track and I have so many Vegan products and books and I want to feel clean again because eating like I used to doesn’t serve my body! This is why I want to do this cleanse :)

  73. August 13, 2013 at 6:07 am #

I posted above, and I didn’t win, but I am so excited that HBD is giving away another cleanse! I would love a chance to leave the excesses of summertime “vacation-mode” behind me with this wonderful vegan cleanse!

  74. August 13, 2013 at 6:07 am #

I would LOVE to try this! I just got engaged this weekend and would love to start detoxing before my wedding!

  75. August 13, 2013 at 6:14 am #

    Why NOT? :)

  76. August 13, 2013 at 6:16 am #

I definitely need a fresh start. After suffering a terrible back injury, I struggled getting back on the exercise and clean eating bandwagon. My body is sluggish and brain is foggy from the lack of exercise and clean eating over my recovery. I definitely need help and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Kaeng Raeng!

  77. August 13, 2013 at 6:19 am #

I would love to try this cleanse, I’ve read so many great reviews. I could really use a kick start back to optimal health.

  78. August 13, 2013 at 6:23 am #

Though I’m not a full-blown vegan, I try to follow a vegan lifestyle more days than not (it’s so hard to give up egg whites!) But I also try to follow a gluten-free diet because I’ve been suffering with IBS for quite a while now. I’m currently serving in the Air Force and I’m not exactly rolling in dough (especially when I joined after going to college for 4 years…student loans are a bitch…) I’ve been dying to try Kaeng Raeng, but when you’re counting every penny, it’s hard to spend that amount of money on something you might not even like– Kim, I’m not doubting you though– I’m sure they’re great ;-) But $60 is a lot of money right now for me to risk haha…so please, choose me!

  79. August 13, 2013 at 6:24 am #

This time of year is right for a healthy cleanse!

  80. August 13, 2013 at 6:25 am #

I have been eating really poorly and just found out my cholesterol is high! I definitely could use a cleanse to get me back on track!

  81. August 13, 2013 at 6:29 am #

I would really love to try this. Everytime you post I hope I win! After falling off the vegan wagon for over a year and gaining 30 lbs and a ton of toxins I just started getting back on track and feel this is just the thing I need! I’ve already lost 15 lbs and would love a good detox! Pick me pick me :)

Recently, I’ve been working many long hours and have not taken the time to prepare healthy meals regularly. “fast food” meals even at home aren’t always the healthiest choices. A cleanse would be perfect to get back on track.

  83. August 13, 2013 at 6:45 am #

I would love to win this because I have thought about going vegan, have been slowly transitioning to eating completely vegan, and think that this vegan cleanse would give me a kickstart in the right direction.

  84. August 13, 2013 at 6:50 am #

I want this for my husband, because he’s really been trying to lose weight and eat healthier. He just needs a cleanse to start from scratch, eat whole foods and start some new and great habits!

  85. August 13, 2013 at 6:52 am #

I have recently travelled to Mexico and brought back a parasite with me. Even though I have been vegan for many years, I am interested in trying the Kaeng Raeng system for healing my gut and cleansing my system from the antibiotics I have had to take.

  86. August 13, 2013 at 6:56 am #

I’ve been wanting to try a cleanse for a long time. I’ve been vegan for a couple of years and occasionally I go off the wagon (like on vacation in Ireland) and I find myself wanting to cleanse my system. This sounds like a very good plan compared to the plans I’ve researched. Deprivation doesn’t work for me and being satisfied is ultimate. This sounds like a winner of a plan.

  87. August 13, 2013 at 7:02 am #

Would love to try the cleanse. I am a registered dietitan and get lots of questions about healthy cleanses. I think this one would be a great option to recommend to my friends, family and co-workers.

  88. August 13, 2013 at 7:05 am #

My previous email address was incorrect…this one is correct.

I would love to try this cleanse. My metabolism is incredibly slow and I would love to give it this boost that it (and I lol) so deserves!

  90. August 13, 2013 at 7:17 am #

I would LOVE to win one of these cleanses (been trying for years it seems!) I have a crappy immune system and am constantly sick. I would love to try this and see how it makes me feel!

  91. August 13, 2013 at 7:19 am #

I’ve fallen off the wagon and need a boost in the right direction. Would love to try this!!

  92. August 13, 2013 at 7:21 am #

I’ve been on and off Vegan for the past 2 years and I believe this would give me the boost I need to get back on track. I’ve only heard amazing things!

  93. August 13, 2013 at 7:22 am #

I had to have my 6th ortho surgery and after all the meds and anesthesia. I really need to restart my system. I think It’s the perfect start to getting back into training.

  94. August 13, 2013 at 7:26 am #

I’d love to win this 3-day cleanse. I’ve never tried a vegan cleanse and would like to test those waters…I just recently tried a nutritional cleanse for the first time and saw great results. I was shocked at how easy it was to do the deep cleansing days; there were 2 in a row; what was amazing to me was beginning to observe how terrible certain food made me feel after the cleanse. I want to continue this awareness and would be so appreciative of the opportunity to try out this great product.
    Thanks,
    Lisa

I would love to try this cleanse and reboot my system. I have tried so many different cleanses over the years and I don’t believe half of the ingredients are meant to be put in our bodies. I live a healthy lifestyle and prefer pure ingredients like what kaeng raeng offers. Super excited to try this product…

  96. August 13, 2013 at 7:42 am #

I am about to embark on a totally different journey- about to enter 5 weeks of intensive training to be a flight attendant! I hear you get really bloated from all of the pressure changes: I need to make sure that my body is in line with a fresh new start and would really love to try the Kaeng Raeng cleanse. I had heard about it from your blog last year and have been itching to try it, but in an internship and unable to afford it. PLEASE CHOOSE ME! (Ps: “Liked” Kaeng Raeng on facebook too!) And to all you healthy skinny bitches out there: Have a delightful day! YIPEE!

  97. August 13, 2013 at 7:43 am #

I have been wanting to try this cleanse for a while now–and have a friend willing to take the challenge with me if I’m able to win it! I’ve been having increased headaches and just that overall blah feeling lately–so I know I’ve got to kick my butt in gear and make some big changes! I’ve really jumped back into my yoga practice to help and I know adding this cleanse to jump start my healthy lifestyle would be perfect!

  98. August 13, 2013 at 7:55 am #

I would love to try a cleanse because I’ve been indulging in vegan junk food and desserts for a while. Plus the Kaeng Raeng Cleanse seems like the most doable version of a cleanse that I’ve read about. I need a little jumpstart to get back onto my healthy eating plan.

  99. August 13, 2013 at 8:01 am #

I would love to try this cleanse! I’ve been wanting to but it isn’t in the budget. Although I’ve been vegan for a while I feel I could still use a really good cleanse to get some of the environmental toxins out of my system.

    You’re the best, thanks!!!! ☺

  100. August 13, 2013 at 8:06 am #

Fall and the autumnal equinox seem like perfect time for a cleanse, and since this one has the “Bitch seal of approval,” I am all in.

  101. August 13, 2013 at 8:10 am #

This would be a great way for me to keep my hectic pace going and not feel run down during a cleanse. I have been searching for one that does to cost the same as a small car and is healthy for the body and also does not need a PHD in science to understand. Thanks for sharing this cleanse!

  102. August 13, 2013 at 8:22 am #

Love everything Healthy Bitch! I follow the blog ALL the time and have all the SB books;)
Would love to try this cleanse you so highly recommend!!

  103. August 13, 2013 at 8:44 am #

I would love this cleanse I am about to embark on marathon training and is just what I need before I start :) hope to see a new Skinny Bitch book out soon! take your advice in hard regard Skinny Bitch change my life.

  104. August 13, 2013 at 10:59 am #

This will help me with getting rid of the stuff that I no longer need in my body and hopefully once that happens then I can strive to be as healthy as possible.

  105. August 13, 2013 at 11:36 am #

A little personal, why I want to win…. I’m TTC and having issues – a cleanse is what I feel I need to start fresh! Even though I try to eat clean and live a clean lifestyle, there is a lot out of our control, i.e., eating out, contaminated water, pollution, etc – I want that stuff out!

    GREAT giveaway!

  106. August 13, 2013 at 11:42 am #

A cleanse would be the perfect kickstart to creating a healthier lifestyle. With the stress I’ve been under and changes in my life, it would mark a great turnaround and positive push to moving forward.

  107. August 13, 2013 at 11:50 am #

Clear my mind please! Rid me of the exhaustion & relying on coffee to poop(TMI, I KNOW). Not to mention the erratic eating habits. Start of good, then by lunch or dinner…I blow it.

    Enough said, thanks.

  108. August 13, 2013 at 12:01 pm #

I would love to try Kaeng Raeng. I have never cleansed before and I am almost always constipated and would like something natural and not loaded with toxic ingredients. I am a cancer survivor that wants to improve my overall health!
    Thank you!

  109. August 13, 2013 at 9:48 pm #

I think it’s time for a cleanse for me. I’ve been eating well and am 3 months into exercising but not really seeing results. I think a cleanse would be the perfect way to reset my body so I can start seeing results.

  110. August 14, 2013 at 6:45 am #

I honestly don’t believe i need a cleanse however would gladly try it if i won it..i just can’t see paying the price (even for better health) most cleanse cost, so i just continue to eat well in my vegan lifestyle and hope for the best from the cleansing my body does on it’s own..
Love you guys just the same though!!

  111. August 14, 2013 at 9:34 am #

The go-go-go of the past few months has resulted in poor diet and less exercise than usual. I am exhausted and feel like I have “brain fog”. I could really use a jump-start!!

  112. August 14, 2013 at 2:03 pm #

I am 33. I have always been thin, fit and healthy. I have turned a corner with 30 as most women do however, and the normal healthy efforts I make toward eating well and exercising are doing little against the processed foods now. As I have gotten older it seems that my body is completely intolerant. I am a full time student and work part time to support myself so money is tight with student loans stacking up and I admit I eat more processed foods and on-the-go foods than I used to. Lately this causes digestive irritation, Inflammation, indigestion, headaches, lethargy just to name a few, I have been reading a lot about GMO’s lately wondering if these foods may be the culprit. I even got hives the other day from eating a processed cookie/cracker snack. With all of the buzz about GMO’s and Pesticides it doesn’t seem safe to eat anything anymore. I need to do a cleanse and then start shopping ALL organic. When I find one I would like to add it to my routine green tea regimen. A quarterly cleanse along with my daily green tea to boost my health.

  113. August 14, 2013 at 6:50 pm #

I would love to try this. I have already been incorporating a more vegan heavy diet, so this cleanse would be perfect!

  114. August 19, 2013 at 8:15 am #

I would LOVE to try this, I’ve been saving my pennies every since I first read about Kaeng Raeng but am not even close!

  115. August 19, 2013 at 5:34 pm #

I had jaw surgery 8 weeks ago and for 6 weeks I was on blender food. As yogurt, ice cream, pudding and other products with dairy are easy to consume (when you can’t chew) I had more than any person should. I am now completely off dairy but a cleanse would be a supa-dupa wicked way for me to get back to health!
